Small Business MiniWeb Package Customer (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer")
(outsideön-edön: "Fél", together "Parties") between the https://ajanlat.zsanna.com/ on the day you submit the order form on the website, subject to the following conditions:
1. Subject of the contract
1.1 The Customer shall order the Contractor to design and create a website presenting the Customer and its activities/services on the basis of the Contractor's MiniWeb package offer. The Customer accepts the offer.
The offer includes the following:
The Contractor shall create the website on its own hosting, and after finalization shall move it to the Customer's hosting.
2. Copyright, warranty, legal guarantee
2.1 The Contractor shall be entitled to include the completed website as a reference in its marketing materials, with the name of the Client.
3. Transfer
3.1 The Contractor is obliged to produce a version of the design and to modify this version according to the Client's requirements.
3.2 The Customer shall provide any necessary amendments within 5 working days of presentation.
3.3 Deadlines: the Parties will jointly develop the project schedule
4. Financial agreements
4.1 The applicable Small Business MiniWeb package price will be published on the website https://ajanlat.zsanna.com/.
The fee will be paid in two equal instalments, 50% at the time of order and 50% before the website is delivered.
4.2 The fee will be paid against a regular invoice within 8 days of the invoice being sent by e-mail.
4.3 In the event of late payment by the Contractor, 11% shall be entitled to default interest. After the 15th day of the delay, the Contractor shall be entitled to withdraw from this contract and reclaim the work already provided.
4.4 The fee does not include the purchase of the domain and hosting. These must be provided by the Customer. The Contractor may advise on the choice of hosting.
5. Scope of the contract, termination
5.1 This contract shall enter into force on the date of the order.
5.2 This contract may not be terminated by either party until delivery.
5.3 Either party shall be entitled to terminate this contract with immediate effect by written notice to the other party in the event of serious breach of contract by the other party.
6. Contact

7. Annexes
7.1 The order form completed by the Customer is annexed to the contract.
7.2 The parties have jointly interpreted the provisions of this contract and have accepted it as being in full agreement with their intentions.
7.3 The order (submission of the order form) shall be deemed to be a contract concluded electronically and shall be subject to payment. Accordingly, the Customer acknowledges that he may not exercise his right of withdrawal because the Contractor has commenced performance with the express prior consent of the Customer (sending of the order form).
7.4. The contract is concluded by filling in the order form and clicking on the Submit button and is concluded with Zsuzsanna Fazakas E.V. PFA, registered office: 14/A Restád street, 545500 Szováta, Romania, tax number: 41267081, EU tax number: RO46737389.
7.5 The relevant provisions of the Romanian legislation shall prevail with regard to matters not regulated in this contract.
7.6 For Romanian customers, this contract will also be sent in Romanian by email.
